十月奉献. 24, 1927, 欧文大厅 was renovated with a new air conditioning system added in 2015.
Located on the heritage side of campus, 欧文大厅 was dedicated in 1924 and home to 150 female sophomores, juniors and seniors from a variety of majors, 体育, and cultural backgrounds. Irwin is made-up of spacious one-, and two-person rooms with the option of a community or shared bathroom spread out among five floors, including the basement floor. Irwin is not equipped with an elevator, which means that using the stairs is the only outlet when traveling up to the second, third and fourth floors. Each resident of Lindenwood University in Irwin is provided with an extra-long twin bed frame, 床垫, three-drawer dresser, 桌子上, 椅子, 壁橱或衣柜.
On the main floor of Irwin, there is a comfortable lounge furnished with couches, 表, 椅子, a microwave and a big screen TV, perfect for dining or studying. In addition to the lounge, there is also a laundry facility on the basement floor. Microwaves in individual’s rooms are not permitted; however, students are allowed to have mini-fridges in their rooms. Any additional furniture a resident wishes to bring into their room that compromises the shared space between roommates must be approved by the Residential Community Coordinator of 欧文大厅.
Irwin is complete with all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, new Wi-Fi.
Irwin is conveniently located near Spellmann Campus Center, 哈蒙大厅, 年轻的大厅, 巴特勒大厅, Library and Academic 资源 Center and Roemer Hall.
